Effective September 16, 2026. How we handle booking and report information.

Multi-Tenant Inspection Services (“MTIS,” “we”) collects only what we need to schedule an inspection, get into the unit, write a report, and get paid. We do not sell your information.

1. What we collect

Name, phone, email
Rental address and unit number
Access details you send (gate code, office name, lockbox)
Package you book and payment details processed by our scheduling/payment provider
Photos and notes from the inspection
Messages you send us
Basic site data (pages visited, device) if our host or analytics tool records it

Do not put a Social Security number or bank login in a booking form. We do not need them.

2. Why we use it

Confirm the appointment and find the unit
Deliver the report
Charge the advertised fee and send receipts
Answer questions and handle refunds
Keep a copy of the report if a deposit question comes up later
Improve the website

We may text or email about your booking. Marketing texts only if you opt in and we are set up for that under carrier rules. You can tell us to stop.

3. Who sees it

MTIS staff working your job
GoHighLevel (or the current booking/CRM host) and the payment processor they use
The leasing office only if you forward the report or ask us to
A lawyer, insurer, or court if required to defend a claim or by law

We do not sell lists to landlords or marketers.

4. Photos and reports

Your report and job photos are for you. Sample reports on the site are redacted and fictional. We do not post your unit number or identifiable interiors without permission.

5. How long we keep it

Booking and report files are kept at least through a typical lease plus a short period after, so we can answer a deposit question. We then delete or lock them down when they are no longer needed, unless the law says to keep them.

6. Your requests

Email or call and ask us to correct a name, change a phone number, or send you a copy of your report. If you want data deleted, say so. We may keep what we still need for a paid job, a refund, or a legal hold.
